Beginning April 7, 2016, Saint Paul moved to a single-stream recycling program, allowing residents to mix all recyclable materials together. Collect glass, cardboard, paper, plastics, even pizza boxes, all in one bin. We are proud to partner with the City of St. Paul and Eureka! Recycling for distribution of recycling bins and information. Bins are available at our office: 627 A Selby Avenue, Saint Paul, MN 55104. Just call ahead to make sure we’re in. 651-228-1855
New in 2016! Now residents can host their own ZERO WASTE EVENTS! ClearStream recycling and compost collection containers are available for residents to use, free of charge, just contact SUPC!
Recycling pickup in Summit-University is every Wednesday. Please have your recycling materials at the curb by 7:00 AM.

Neighborhood Development Committee
The Neighborhood Development Committee works to support businesses, organizations and community members within District 8.
Monthly, public meetings offer an opportunity for residents to engage with developers, organizations and proprietors interested in becoming part of the community landscape. After carefully considering both resident input and community impact, as it related to proposals, the committee decides to offer support or other recommendations to the relevant city offices and/or officials.
